AIDN VIC and Hanwha Defense Australia are pleased to invite you to the 2023 AIDN VIC Gala Dinner.

The AIDN VIC Gala Dinner event draws together leaders and experts from a variety of industries, especially those related to defence, to celebrate our community’s accomplishments, network, and collaborate on future potential.

EVENT DETAILS:

Date:  Thursday 12th October, 2023

Time: 1830 for canapes, pre-dinner drinks and photo opportunities

Location: The Glasshouse – Olympic Boulevard, Olympic Park, Melbourne, Victoria 3001 Australia

Dress: Black Tie or Mess Kit with Miniatures, Ladies – Formal Attire.

RSVP: 5pm, Monday 2 October 2023

Please note that tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

REGISTRATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE EVENT.

* If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, please do not attend the event and notify AIDN EAA on eaa@aidn.org.au so your ticket can be reallocated.

* Please use hand sanitiser before entering the event. There will also be plenty of hand sanitiser inside for your use and we encourage regular use of the hand sanitiser.
