AeroPM celebrates five years of supporting and enhancing Defence capability with skilled veteran workforce

AeroPM are proud to celebrate its five-year anniversary of supporting and enhancing Defence capability with a skilled veteran workforce and quality professional services. In celebration of the milestone, AeroPM held a cocktail party in Canberra, entertaining current and previous employees, valued clients, friends of AeroPM and supporters.

Speaking at the event was AeroPM Chief Executive Officer, Emily Frizell, who commented “Over the past five years AeroPM has established a capable and trusted workforce in support of Defence and Defence Industry. We are proud that our customer satisfaction rate is second-to-none and that we are well known for our transparency and accountability. Our point of difference really is our people.”

Emily Frizell further commented that a skilled veteran workforce is increasingly in high demand and that she was proud that AeroPM provides opportunities for veterans, especially for those personnel where the needs of the Service have become incompatible with their own. Emily added, “it is great to be able to reinvest these individuals in support of national strategic objectives, so that they are not lost to other industries at this crucial time”. One of AeroPM’s most noteworthy achievements over the past five years was being recognised by the Prime Minister through the Department of Veterans Affairs as the ‘Most Outstanding’ Veteran Employer of the Year, 2020.

Also speaking at the celebration was the General Manager, Adam Frizell who commented on AeroPM’s achievements, “AeroPM has demonstrated strong leadership and a reputation for excellence in supporting and enhancing Defence Capability. We have a small company culture that is fit for purpose for a high-performance team. We have partnered across Government and Defence Industry to deliver outcomes that support the nation, outcomes that deliver enhanced capability to the war fighter, and outcomes that deliver the capability that Defence needs.”

Adam Frizell added that during our first five years, AeroPM has supported over 60 projects across multiple Domains within Defence. Whilst our heritage is the Aerospace Domain, AeroPM has lived the company creed of ‘delighting the client’ within the Maritime, Land and Joint Domains across CASG and Service Headquarters alike.

AeroPM took the opportunity to toast their loyal clients in particular. “We could not have reached this milestone without them, and AeroPM is committed to continuing to provide the highest quality service to meet their needs”, Adam Frizell said. He went further to add “AeroPM would also like to thank its dedicated employees, who work tirelessly to contribute to AeroPM’s success. Their hard work, creativity, and commitment to AeroPM mission and values have been critical to AeroPM’s success”.

Looking ahead, AeroPM is excited to continue the journey, and are confident that with the continued support of clients, and employees, they will achieve even greater heights.
