ABOUT THE MODULE

The Australian Industry and Defence Network (AIDN) Queensland Defence Industry Capability Edge (DICE) Micro-Credentialling Program is a strategic partnership between the Queensland Government, AIDN and AIDN member organisations to enhance Defence Industry business acumen and workforce skills, aligning with the latest Sovereign Defence Industrial Priorities and emerging AUKUS opportunities.

Sessions are developed in consultation with AIDN QLD members and delivered by experienced industry practitioners.

 

COURSE: Accelerate and Commercialise Defence Innovation

  • Session 1: Target a Military Problem – Understand the ADF Strategic Framework, innovation challenges, and context.
  • Session 2: Accelerate Your Innovation – Design thinking, divergent approaches, brainstorming, triaging.
  • Session 3: Align to Australian/AUKUS Innovation Pathways – Case studies, grants, AUKUS.
  • Session 4: Take your Invention to Market – Funding, commercial potential, delivery models.
