AIDN WA and Successful Projects invites you to join Defence and industry leaders to explore one of the most critical challenges facing the sector today: building the capability required to successfully deliver major Defence programs in increasingly complex environments.
As Defence programs rapidly evolve in scale, integration, and strategic national importance, traditional delivery approaches are no longer sufficient.
Drawing on real-world Defence lessons learned, this session will explore how sovereign project delivery capability is built within ICCPM Framework through people, culture and effective program controls.
