UGL has confirmed that the company has secured a contract with the Department of Defence valued at $500 million for the delivery of strategic advice, planning, supply management, operations, and maintenance for the Australian Defence Force’s fuel network.
Under the contract, UGL, a member of the CIMIC Group, will deliver all maintenance and operations services throughout the Defence fuel network.
It also covers the delivery of asset advice, assurance, and ADF fuel supply management.
The contract is expected to generate half a billion dollars in revenue over six years, with the company confirming the option for performance-based extension through to 2035.
The contract is scheduled to commence in August and support 350 jobs.
