Disclaimer: Hosting Requirements

This invitation to host an AIDN event is subject to the following requirements:

Hosts must be able to:

Accommodate around 50+ attendees.
Cover the costs of food, beverages, tables, chairs, AV equipment, etc. for the event.
Give a 15-minute presentation on a relevant topic.
Host a facility tour and/or demonstration showcasing your expertise.
Be open to adding an optional learning opportunity for the AIDN Young Professional Group, if possible.
